How long does MonkeyPlaza take to prepare and ship my order?
You can see the preparation times for each item along with its availability. Most articles have a 24/48 turnaround time. Your order may even ship the same day if it only includes products that ship immediately and has been paid for before noon.
The delivery time will depend on the selected transport company and the destination country. Please note that the times indicated are approximate and correspond to working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
To which countries can I send my orders?
MonkeyPlaza is automated and ships to almost every country in the world by express courier. However, shipments with destinations outside the EU may have certain restrictions or special procedures for the management of customs procedures. If you place dropshipping orders outside the EU, you will need to attach the invoice you issued to your customer in the orders menu of your control panel.
Can shipments be made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?
MonkeyPlaza ships to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Please note that the order must clear customs. If you are not registered as a Spanish exporter, you will not be able to drop shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. The only way to make these shipments is for you to receive the order in your warehouse and then forward it to your customer.
What are the shipping costs and delivery time?

What do the shipping costs include?
Shipping costs include:

  • Suitable packaging (cardboard boxes, bubble filling, inner protection, etc.)
  • Transport
  • insurance
  • Customs clearance at origin
What do shipping costs include for deliveries outside the European Union or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?
For deliveries outside the European Union or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs costs at destination or other taxes (tariffs) are not included, if there are any, the recipient will be responsible for them, as well as being responsible for all import expenses and taxes that are generated at the destination customs office, whether or not the merchandise is delivered to you. We will try to send the order in the shortest possible time, but the recipient must take into account the provisions of the country of destination for the importation of the items ordered, since MonkeyPlaza has no responsibility for them. The effects produced by strikes, armed conflicts or other circumstances beyond its control will not be attributable to MonkeyPlaza either.
What happens if after placing an order you detect that something needs to be modified?
In the event that any specific information on the shipping addresses had to be changed, it could be modified if the order has not yet left. To do this, you need to open an incident of an order not received in the After-sales department. Our staff will try to answer you as soon as possible. For the rest of the cases, the solution will be to cancel the order and place a new one. After a few days, MonkeyPlaza will pay you for the canceled order.
How to cancel an order?
If for any setback you want to cancel an order and stop its shipment, you can cancel it from the Orders menu of your Control Panel.

However, we inform you that, due to the high automation in the management of orders, the time available to cancel an order may be short. The cancellation process is automatic, so if the system no longer allows you to cancel the order, it cannot be canceled.

Please review your orders, delivery addresses, amounts, products, quantities and attributes thoroughly before finalizing them.

How should you proceed when receiving a shipment?
All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition.

The first thing to do is check that the number of packages received matches those sent. The second, check each package externally very carefully in order to find signs of having been hit or manipulated, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals or any sign that may make you suspect that the merchandise may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave signed on the delivery note of the driver or courier, whether on paper or digital (PDA) “VISUALLY DETERIORATED PACKAGE” if these signs are present. Failure to sign a package as VISUALLY DETERIORATED and then submit images that show that there was visible damage to it will automatically be grounds for rejection of the incident.
